Pola Sutryk(PL)
Pola Sutryk is a cook and interdisciplinary artist whose main language of communication is food, both in art and life, with a fascination with nature formed during a childhood in the forests of Podlasie. Based in Reykjavík, she organises edible installations, workshops and events that explore cooking and eating as a subject, medium, and excuse to meet. Her favourite things include jelly, eating with hands, fountains, edible weeds, rubbish, fermentation, microorganisms, and peculiar textures.
